The service is excellent. They're responsive and they do exactly what we contracted for. I got an automatic warning that there was bad weather coming to the house about two or three weeks ago. I think it's around $50 a month.

The installer was extremely polite. He even put these little booties on over his shoes to protect my rugs. He was so patient showing me everything my alarm would do! He took extra time to show me things two and three times making sure I understood how to use the system. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know!!

I have never had a bad experience with them. They monitor my system and everything. I have had an overall very good experience with them. I had a service call may be about a year ago, they were here in no time and solved my problem. Their price is reasonable. I have been using them for over 20 years and I am not stopping now.

The amount of times I have had to deal with this company has been really minimal. I mean, I pay them, they do their thing, and that is about it. I do not deal with them regularly. I just have their service. I mean we once had a time when I was pregnant and delivering and our alarm went off. In general, I have nothing bad to say about hits company.

I don't even like TV and I love to go there. You should see the Red Sox in high definition stereo! They were prompt and did an excellent, neat job. They were great about teaching me how to work the system, great about letting me call them, and answering any questions I had.
