We have used ACL numerous times since 2004 and only have positive comments/experiences with them. For my children's proms they arrived to their destination and back safely with no incidents. All of the kids raved about their rides ACL also has very strict policies about what is allowed in the back of the limousine with the kids. Airport transfers are the best! No worries about traffic or parking and we have always been left off at the curbside of our departing flights. Upon arrival they have always been there no matter what the hour . They have always arrived at my house 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled pickup time. The limousines and vans have always been clean well kept with plenty of cold bottles of water available (do you see a pattern with ALWAYS!). The drivers are courteous, friendly and safe operators. Again , we haven't had a bad experience in 10years . The girls in the office are the best! I am so type A that I call and recheck all our plans weeks and then again the day before the event is going to take place. They are so pleasant, helpful and just down right kind people, you know from the moment you make your reservation you will have no worries!
