They were terrible start to finish. They never called within Home Depot's ''guaranteed 72 hour response time'', so apt. not ready for new tenant. Even though this was Home Depot's most popular stock carpet, they couldn't find it the am the were supposed to come & were late. Workers were surly and didn't have correct info re scope of work. Then, they broke the glass in my door while going out w/o telling me, leaving it open for anyone to walk in off the busy street. I discovered it an hour later @5 on a rainy Friday pm when I came to check on them. Olga admitted that her workers confessed to it when asked but said she had to call Home Depot to discuss with them what to do. She never called back and left the job of securing the broken door in my lap on Friday night. As of this Tuesday, she still hasn't done anything to fix the glass or reimburse me for getting a lock-out service to secure the door. They have no integrity.
Description of Work: They were subcontracted by the Somerville Home Depot to install 178 sq yds of carpet in our 3rd floor rental unit and staircase.
