A PET'S REFLECTION

We took our two goldens here for grooming - both goldens are not used to being without us outside of the home. Neither dog likes to be crated, so the folks took our boys and leashed them in the corner (together) so they wouldn't have to be crated. We dropped the boys off at 10am, and we got a call at 1:30pm that both boys were done. The boys looked wonderful and seemed very happy! Would definitely take our boys here again!

They are capable, friendly and they love animals and my animals love them too. I would never take my dog or my daughter's dog to anyone else. They are incredible. The price depends on the condition of the dog but they are reasonable.

I was very impressed. I had a colleague referred me yesterday afternoon, and I called them this morning and the were able to squeeze me in same day, over the phone she mentioned that they might have him there longer than normal but they could get him taken care. When I got there I was greeted and Kathy whom I spoke with on the phone came over to get my / my dog's information. She asked me what I wanted for him, and I explained that I wanted him to be cut short all over. I like the teddy bear face (slightly longer hair on the face) and that I would also like to have his tail trimmed up too. She came out and pointed out some of the doggy "head shots" that they had as a border along their ceiling. This was entirely for me to show her how I wanted his head to look. I explained to her that my dog has had back surgery and to please be careful when picking him up and putting him down. She made sure to note this on his card so they could remember in the future too. Also I mentioned he can be rude to other dogs when he is on a leash but she said that they don't let the dogs interact so I didn't worry about it. Se asked me if he was allergic to any shampoos or conditioners, and if there was any other medical issues she should be aware of. Also asked me if I wanted perfume or bows, to which I said no thank you. I dropped my dog off at 1:45 pm and she told me that he would be done by 5:30pm. This is a significantly shorter window then petsmart or petco ever does. I got a call at 5:15 saying that my dog would be ready when I got there. They reminded me on the phone that they only take cash or check's (no credit / debit cards), this was fine since their was a sign there when I dropped my dog off so I was expecting this. I got there and was greeted by multiple people and they grabbed my dog and brought him out to me. I asked how he had done and was given an accurate report of his behavior which I appreciated. Also Kathy asked me if I was happy with how he looked, which I was because he looked exactly like we had talked about. I will be going back to A Pet's Reflection, I was impressed with their ability to work me in on a short schedule and they gave me exactly what I was expecting. The pricing was reasonable - I just relocated to Massachusetts from Texas and the pricing was very similar to what I was paying there.
