I would avoid this contractor at all costs.  At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.  Although he has the lowest big, he did a horrible job on my project.  He was never on site to manage the subs from the start of the project, which led to tons of quality issues.  My expensive radiant heat flooring had to be redone because the floor installation guys nailed through the sub-floor and punctured holes in the tubes.  Very expensive to fix.  He also didn't pay any of the sub-contractors on time and this led to more quality issues.  My house looked like a dump and I was constantly cleaning up after the subs (something he should have managed).  Also, things were stolen from my property.  The project was supposed to be completed in June and it is now almost October and we still haven't moved in.
I am in the middle of putting an attachment on Josh's home in order to sue him and will be looking for a new contractor.  This has put my family through a lot of stress and has been a very challenging time.  Looking back, I would recommend going with a mid-sized company with a family reputation and a website.  This guy is not responsible and is to be avoided at all costs.
