Mr. Leue was very responsive, prompt, and helpful at explaining the process. He arrived on time and had arranged for a separate company (Granby Septic) to pump out the tank, which is required by code for the type of system we have. He explained things extremely well, indicating what was required by code, and provided some helpful tips on maintaining the system that could save us money. Very nice man. Highly recommend and would gladly hire him again in the future.
