They're very competent and they're very professional. He does the best he can. We had a problem with one of our pets and they made sure that we had the proper medications and that seemed to do the trick. Their pricing seems okay; I don't feel like I'm being overcharged and that's very important. He takes good care of us and he calls me up when I need to be called about something and tells me what I should be doing and that's very helpful. I haven't had to wait long for anything but I'm sure that they would call me up and tell me if everything is going to be okay.

Dr. Robert Rowe charges too much but if you have a dog or a cat, you have to pay for it. Wilbraham Animal Hospital are good in everything, they have good vets and everything but they are too expensive. My pet has not fallen very ill.

Well We brought our dog to the vet as scheduled they had to do a exploratory surgery due to his testicles not having dropped and when they opened him up they could not find his testicles where they thought they should have been. We brought him home and he became very sick we talked to our vet ( DR. Howe) and he explained what we should do. After another day of what was going on we had to bring the dog back and they kept him overnight and we got him back the next day good as new. The staff were all very professional and understanding and took really good care of our baby.

We see Dr. Rowe there. They are very good. I will continue to take my animals there in the future and would recommend them to others.
