The contract stated the project would take six months. Two years later it was still not done. Weeks went by without workers showing up. The contract stated that all inspections and certificate of occupancy would be obtained before payment was requested. Certificate of occupancy was never obtained. When we applied for it it was issued on condition of fixing three items. Entry way door was damaged during installation and never fixed. There are numerous cracks in the basement floor ranging from 6 to 16 ft. The grout in the bathroom is powdery and coming up. Some areas are down to the mastic. The exterior trim has large gaps that were filled with caulking that is cracking and drying up. The roof was not built according to plan so it does not match the existing roof on the house.
