They were  really good .They explained and showed everything to us in details and told  as why our cars needed repair in that area.

They're completely honest and thorough. They're also very reliable.

I have come here in the past and the experience only gets better each time. Greg took in my wife's car and had one of his guys look over the entire car. The car recently flunked inspection for a exhaust leak. We first took it to a national chain and they wanted to replace everything. Spartan wants to replace only what is needed. I appreciate the honesty. The lobby has changed in that it now has Free coffee TV and WiFi. We came in on a Saturday and waited for the car. Greg offered to buy us lunch. This is the kind of service I remember when my parents took their cars in to be fixed in the 50's. What a welcome change. For the cost to replace my exhaust system from the national chain, we had the exhaust fixed, the breaks adjusted, two new shocks installed, a new serpentine engine belt installed and two new control arms. Pretty amazing!

They can fit you in very quickly for an oil change. If you are looking for diagnostics, they look it over and figure out what is wrong, they then call you and discuss your options. They have prices and time-frames all ready for you so you know what needs to be done and how long it will take. In one particular case, it was also time for my inspection and they just took care of it. They don't do the inspections, they actually take it to the neighboring garage for the inspections and they just took care of it. They are kind of our total car care place. They have owner care kind of a concept, they pay attention to what you would expect and exceed your expectations.

The mechanic spent about 45 minutes looking under the hood and at the undercarriage, checking things I know nothing about. He pronounced it a good car that seemed like it had been well taken care of. I did not buy the car but was so pleased with the service from Spartan.

Replaced muffler that the car dealer said would probably cost close to $1,100. They were able to fix and rebuild one component in order to save me hundreds of dollars. Car is running perfect now. *I love it when people tell me I actually don't need to buy something! These guys are great.

The service went very well.

I went in with an issue with my wife's exhaust system. They took the car in within 10 minutes (I didn't have an appointment) and told me what the issue was. They also let me know that another part of the exhaust system was in tough shape and that they would try to do a work aound so I wouldn't need to replace that part as well. How refreshing, I've always taken my cars to the national chains and they always want to replace everything. These guys did what needed to be done and that's it.I'll be back, The waiting room however could use a litte more. The had plenty to read, but I would like to see both a TV and more inportantly WIFI access.Otherwise no complaints, Very cutious even to the point of offering me something from Dunkin Donuts in that they were making a run to it for the other guys in the shop
