Great. One phone call and within a couple of hours, the repair was made. Roebuck had installed the garage door opener for us a year earlier. They are great. A wonderful local company with great service and reasonable prices.

A++.  Called Tuesday night (late); he called Wed AM, said he'd come Thursday but might be able to get there Wed and he did!  He fixed it and we're back in business.  Paul has been taking care of our garage doors from when we built the house in 1985 and has always been the most responsive and dependable and fair individual.  You simply can't go wrong if you need assistance;  he won't "up-sell" the job and he'll look for the most cost effective way to solve your problem.

My call to request service was returned promptly and an initial estimate was provided.
Paul then called the next morning and offered to come out that same day.
He was very professional and knowledgeable.
I had considered having him replace the old door springs.  He gave me all the pros and cons of doing this given the apparent condition of the existing springs.  He left the decision up to me.  I felt comfortable in my decision based on all the information Paul provided.
