Very professional at first; and lovely personality.  We had a long conversation on phone, followed by a nice visit and assessment of my house.  She cleaned it the following week and did a good job.  But she was supposed to come again 2 weeks later and couldn't because of an illness (understandable).  We made arrangements for her to come the following week "after 8 AM".  I rearranged my entire work schedule to be there that morning.  She never came, called, or texted.  My calls, emails, texts were not returned. She just disappeared.  It was very frustrating.  I hope she is OK.

I used her once and she was absolutely awful at cleaning. She raved about how great she was and told me she would do certain things, such as cleaning the microwave, but she didn't. I feel like she completely rushed through it. It normally takes me six hours to clean my house and she done it in three hours. The price was reasonable. She wasn't an awful woman, she just didn't do the job. She did offer to come back and clean for free after I called her and told her I wouldn't need her services again.

I was so disappointed. She was an excellent cleaner and seemed like a nice person. She showed up on time every week for three months. Then she disappeared. No call, no email. We called and emailed and got no response. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a pattern. I would never recommend someone so unreliable.

This was a good experience that turned bad. She seemed professional at first, although she quoted me $100 for my house the first time around but when it came time to pay she told me it was $125. I was a little surprized but hired her anyways because I liked what she did. She came a second time and told me that my house was too clean and she was only going to charge me $85. Fine by me, right? Before the third time came around, she called me and told me she took another job and couldn't clean for me.I'm not sure what happened, but I find that the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

• I can not recommend Nancy enough... and I do as often as possible. I can not imagine life without her. I have gone through painters, electricians and carpenters over the last 20 years but we will stick with Nancy as long as she will stick with us!
• Even our teenage daughter loves it when Nancy comes...what teen likes an adult in their room? Nancy makes it feel 'so good' after she leaves that our daughter looks forward to her coming.

Side note...I saw another member wrote a scathing review and I can not help but wonder if the member has/had 'issues' as we have never had anything except a positive experience with Nancy. I hire contractors all the time and I have seen it all. We have had nothing less than exceptional service from Nancy and I have no trouble 'letting people go' if I am not happy. Hmmm....wondering.

Nancy was very thorough.  The owner of the home was watching Nancy clean the legs of the kitchen table and laughed because she had never done that herself before. 

I asked for an estimate over the phone and was told that the job would likely take between 3 and 4 hours at a rate of $25 per hour. She agreed to the job on notice of only five days, which was a blessing for us. Due to one other review that indicated that she had not shown for a job, I called to confirm one day prior to our appointed time. I left a message on a recorder and she called back promptly to confirm. The next day, she showed up at the home early for a walk-through and to get her equipment into the house. She started exactly on time. She carries both chemical and natural products, so that you can choose which direction to go. I thought this a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to carry a vacuum rather than to sweep all rooms. Still, we were pleased with the results. The fee for three hours was $75 and we extended a $15 tip.

I got the name on Angies list and after a # of calls back and forth that were cordial, we set up a time to see my house. Nancy was personable and we spent approx. 30 minutes going over the details. We sent up a time approx 5 days afterwards. she offered references wh/ i declined b/c she seemed so lovely and reputable. On the appointed date, i waited and since she said she was coming from another job, i gave lea way and called about 1 hour after she was due to arrive. I figured that we had gotten our signals crossed or there was some mishap. In the following 3-4 days i left messages and expressed concern that she was OK. I have never encountered someone doing this.I coincidentally heard from a friend who had taken her name that she had been in contact, so clearly she was not ill or in crisis. It was so unsettling that i decided to submit this review.

Professional, friendly and thorough. I have been using their services for months now and I am very happy with the amount of cleaning that gets done in the allotted time. They are also quite flexible.
