When I walked into Home Depot of Wilbraham I was welcomed and helped immediately. A estimator was out very quickly and I had my quote the next day. When I returned to the store I worked with Dave who was amazing!!! I was helped to lower my bill through his help. He gave me tips on items I could do myself before installation. My product was ordered and the installers called immediately to set up installation. Home Depot contracted out my installation to a company called ACS. I had between two and four men working at all times. They did a fantastic job. All men were very polite, respectful of my property, and skilled at their work. My project was very messy and they did a great job of clean up as well.

Its a place where I usually can find what I want. Most of the time, don't go on weekends, go on week days and you can find people who can direct you on want you want. It's usually packed during weekends.

Sales person came out and I pointed out a certain points of concern. I wanted a flat roof. They guy assured me that they could do it and went off about how great they were and the wonderful materials they used. The guy who was to be doing the job also assured us of how good a job they would do. We had the job done and started to get leaks in the sitting room area. This started in the summertime and went through until it was too much. It ruined our ceiling, insulation, and carpeting, etc. This past January I came home and had had enough. The room was pouring down rain. I called and they came out to check it out. I was told that right in the bathroom is a valley and the valley should have been fixed along with a window needing to be raised before the roof had been installed. I called and spoke with a corporate person and eneded up getting the run around. All came to an end with nothing done, surprise, surprise. We had another company come out and fix this problem. I would not recommend Home Depot for anything.

I was told to pay the plumber so he could get the permit needed to install the water heater. I called the town hall inquiring about the permit because I hadn't heard or seen anything about it. I was told that it hadn't been submitted yet and it was 2-3 weeks out from the time of payment. I spoke with a corporate woman about this and she was definitely on my side about this issue and told me that they do this all the time. She finally got a hold of the plumber and he lied at first and told me that he had already been down there. I told him, he did not because I had just spoken with the people down at town hall. He then told me that he would take care of it in the next few days. The inspector finally came a few months later to look at the unit and he told me that this plumber does this all the time and they (Home Depot) allow him to get away with it.
