They are really willing and want to work with you! Listen to your ideas but also will bounce some ideas of their own off you, to see if it may be something worth looking into. Timing wise, they work fast. Which is great, but even better, the finish product looks amazing! Doesn't looked rushed at all. Very satisfied and definitely would recommend them.

Crystal Brook did a concrete patio for us, drainage around the patio, retaining wall and two granite steps. Everyone from their office staff to crew to managers are absolutely amazing. Extremely responsive and thorough. We would definitely do business with them again! Thank you Crystal Brook.

Justin is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met not only about concrete but anything landscape. Chrystal Brook can do anything you can dream up and the workmanship is done with care and to last. I ve had them complete several jobs.

Great company to work with. We liked that Justin was very upfront and honest and set realistic expectations. They originally told us they were scheduling about six weeks out but could come early if there was an opening. They ended up coming at about 2-3 weeks out instead. The workers are very professional and overall did a great job. I would hire this company again if I needed more concrete work done.
