Absolute Best Tile & Carpet Cleaning

I contacted this company about stripping and sealing two vinyl tile floors in my home. On the phone, the owner was friendly and professional. We had an extensive conversation about what I had used on the floor in the past, and what he could do with the floors. After seeing glowing reviews, I was confident in hiring them. The day of the scheduled service, the technician was several hours late ( after also having been sent to the wrong address where he walked into someone elses unlocked home), he didn't have two different pieces of equipment he needed, he ran out of the floor finish, he wasn't able to strip the old finish, and he left my kitchen floor looking a horrible, scratched, pitted uneven mess with a large portion having an orange ish stain that wasnt there before. I emailed the owner about what happened twice and sent pics. He didn't even have the courtesy to respond, though he did cash my check. I am extremely disappointed in the overall lack of professionalism.

Absolutely the best!  Took 8 year old grout and made it look new. Very professional, explained everything prior to starting the job. The price was right and we will definitely be using him again.

Absolute Best did a great job cleaning our oriental carpets. They were knowledgeable, careful, and thorough. I was especially impressed with the work they did to clean, polish, and restore our marble foyer floor. It looks amazing – so much better than ever before. I highly recommend their work!

They are absolutely the best.  I think they're fabulous.  They're perfectionists.  They are a little more pricey but it's for a reason.  They don't just come in and steam.  They almost remake your carpets.  If they can't get it clean then it can't be cleaned.  The owner does a great job.
