WAYNE-O'S LANDSCAPE DESIGN

They were a week late in showing up. I had to call to see if they were still planning on doing the work. In the meantime, I picked up the large branches in the yard and those that were in the wooded area and piled them so it would be easier for them. That is all they picked up, the piles I had made. They didn't clean up the yard, there were sticks and debris all over.
The forsythia was in shambles. There wasn't anything about it that looked professional. There were roots and branches sticking up all over. The hedge wasn't trimmed. It looked like a tornado had ripped through. 
 
I purchased the fertilizer/pre-emergent, since they hadn't shown up when they said they would. I have 15K sq. foot lawn. They only put down 1/3 of the amount necessary.
I hired a new landscaper in the fall, who has done a beautiful job. However, while they were working in my yard, Wayne drove by. He had the audacity to stop and speak with the landscapers, stating that I still owed him money. I had told Wayne, in May, that I was very unhappy with the work. We settled on $75 less than the agreed upon amount. Nothing further has been said to me about the matter.
