Phil did an excellent job on our kitchen cabinets. He takes pride in his work and it shows, striving for perfection and eager to satisfy his clients’ expectations. He has many years of experience and I would say don’t hesitate to hire Phil for your next project.

Highly recommend ! I’ve had Phil do several jobs. He installed a pantry door, a pull-up bar and installed a new garage door opener for me. These were not straightforward installs (for example the pantry door opening was not square) and Phil did a great job ! He is also easy to work with, responsive and reliable.

This gentleman is awesome. He is highly professional in everything he does, from floor laying, to remodeling, to general repairs both inside and out. He has been a God-send to us. His company name is "Guy of Your Dreams." And he certainly has been. from the first job he took on several years ago (we own a few apartment units) to the present, we cannot say enough about his knowledge, courtesy, response and professionalism.

Phil Markham came to look at our job. He said he could do the job and asked for my email address to send an estimate. He sent the estimate, and we emailed him to accept it. That was several months ago, and in spite of repeated emails and phone calls, he never made any appointment to do the work, never called us back to say he couldn't, never contacted us in any way.

The provider addressed all of my concerns in a professional and timely manner. He showed up at exactly the time he promised and did quality work. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He was very easy to work with and I have recommended
him to one of my best friends who is also getting his house ready to sell.

The project went very well.  He "Phil" came when he said he would, worked professionally and  courteously throughout the entire project.
We would like to say at this time that we have asked Phil to perform a variety of tasks, from hanging doors, replacing locks, renovating entire kitchens.  He truly IS the Guy of Your Dreams. We own rental property,  and we lost our contractor to cancer several years ago.  We had several projects in the pipeline, and were jumping through hoops to find someone who could continue the work.  We happened to see Phil's unique business name and decided to give him a try.  He's incredible.  His prices are fair, his work is incredible, he's honest and dependable.  
We have several minor projects in line for him to do as he fits us into his schedule:  Repairing of stairs, replastering walls, repairing an outside door frame damaged by the blizzard, replacing a backsplash in a kitchen, replacing windows - to name a few.  We don't even bother to check out other contractors any more.  
Phil is willing to take on large or small projects, and he does each one with equal professionalism and quality.
Any person lucky to have him as their contractor will be very pleased with the results.

He does excellent work, is very dependable, and calls me if their are any problems.
