ROSS A HOCHSTRASSER CLOCK SVC

Ross is simply awesome. We have a grandfather clock that was slowing down and the chimes were misaligned. Ross came out and repaired them on the spot. Service was very fast, friendly, and reasonable. We also have an antique radio for which parts no longer exist and repair was badly needed. Ross took care of that too. You could not ask for a more expert, friendly, and dedicated clock or radio repair guy than Ross Hochstrasser. We cant recommend him highly enough.

Ross is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough. I inherited a Colonial Manufacturing grandfather clock upon my father's death several years ago and it recently stopped running a day or two after rewinding. It hadn't been cleaned or adjusted in six years. I contacted Ross via Angie's List and he replied by email the same day. He had an unexpected opening in his schedule and was able to stop by my office that afternoon. Ross went way beyond what I thought was necessary and left the clock running perfectly. He is highly skilled and I recommend him without reservation. He clearly enjoys his work and talking about it, and I learned a lot about clocks while he worked. He also works on Chelsea ships clocks, and the one I own is thirty years old and develops problems every five years or so. I've been sending it to the factory in Chelsea, but the turnaround time is typically over a month. Next time, it's going to Ross!
