he arrived on time and cleaned up all the gunk that had built up inside. I haven't had any issues since.

Seemed OK - trouble w/him showing up on some good days. The closer you look, the more short cuts you can see he took. For example, only giving a single coat to trim on the second floor. He said he would fix some broken window cords and really butchered them.
