EXCELLENT! Jeff came by the same day I called and gave us an estimate which was lower than we had expected. He mentioned he would not be able to do the work until the next week which was fine by us. However, he and his crew showed up the very next day! They completed the work very quickly and professionally. We have lots of work that will need to be done and we will definitely call them in the future. Highly recommended!!

They were awesome. Wouldn't have known they were there my yard was so clean except for 9 trees missing in one area.

Plain& simple these guys were great.

They were very tall, like 40-feet tall, pine trees. The experience was very good and they did an awesome job. I left for work and it was all done when I came back, and it was done perfectly.

These guys are pretty bust and it did take them a month to get to my tree and called up one day and said that they'd be there in an hour. (This isn't a complaint, just an observation.)
When they showed up they very quick brought down the tree, ground the stump, raked and left the yard looking fabulous. It's like the tree was never there.

the crew arrived at 9 AM and were done at 12PM. They took down all the trees, ground the stumps and totally cleaned up everything.

They were excellent and very professional and did a very thorough job and made it look simple. Their equipment and truck are all around the area so it is a well known company. I did get prices from other companies and the price I got from Palaza and McDonough Tree Service was comparable. I will continue to use them in the future.

I received estimates from three other tree service companies with similar equipment (100'+ large crane) and two other services that proposed to fell the trees. Palaza and McDonough came up with the best plan to get the job done in one day and their price was in line with the other companies. The two estimates were a little lower, but one said they could reach most, but not all, the trees and the second company didn't convince me they were going to do the job the way I wanted it done. Jeff Palaza is an experienced professional and he was attentive to my requests and a pleasure to deal with. It was fascinating to watch Jeff disecting the trees and the crane lifting large sections up over my two story house. The crew was well organized, worked safely and efficiently, and were thorough in removing all the debris. They did an outstanding job for me and I have recommended them to friends and they were equally satisfied. You can trust Palaza and McDonough Tree Service Inc. to do the best job possible for the money.

Everything went great. I never met the employees, I left a message on their machine and they came and left a quote while I was away at work. They came back and did the labor while I was at work and left a bill. They did a perfect job for a reasonable price in a timely manner and I am very happy with the service.

Jeff Palaza came to give an estimate when promised, carefully assessed the job, and had the best plan to remove all the trees in one day (compared to 5 other companies). I had all the trees that I wanted removed marked and sketched on a map ahead of time, so I could be clear about what I wanted. His estimate was in the middle, but his proposal and professionalism gave me the greatest confidence the job would be done the way I wanted. They were able to get to the job when promised and the crew were efficient and worked hard. The crane enabled them to avoid damaging my remaining trees, shrubs, and lawn and they cleaned up the debris from the work. Jeff was great to work with and it was amazing to watch them work. Two of the companies that bid on the job did not have a large crane; their estimates were higher and they would have done a lot of collateral damage by felling the trees to the ground and dragging them to the truck. The three other companies with cranes had somewhat different plans for moving the crane to reach all the trees in a day, but Jeff's seemed to be better thought out. If you are not clear-cutting it is definitely a good idea to have a crane to remove the trees. I couldn't have been happier. I have recommended Palaza and McDonough Tree Service to friends!

They cleaned everything up and did a really good job. They were very prompt and worked under some tight conditions. They did great.

Palaza and McDonough had fantistic service. They found 13 trees to remove. It was also very reasonable pricing. Arrived on time at 1:30 and were done at 3:30. The had were great workers there wasn't anyhting left on the ground. the caompany had great equipment and a quick cleanup. This tree service was very professional and right on time. I couldn't ask for anything more.
