We had a couple of visits and then I let them go. They need specialists. I would not use them in the future.

I was told they would preform a service to detect where the mice were coming in my home. [and quot;100+ years of experienceand quot;]
What I received was not what I wanted. Instead the technician set 94 mouse traps all over my home. This was a one time service.
I was not told or shown where all of these traps were put. I was not
informed if someone would return for the removal of these traps,
So now I have an Easter hunt for rotten eggs, only in this case dean decaying mice.
When I called the main office several times I got a run around. They didn't
wish to deal with me or give me any information about the service they
said they would provide. Instead I got disconnected, when I called
back this time I got transferred. I finally got in touch with a
manager Jeff said he would look into it and get back with me. Well Jeff
didn't get back with me. Again today I called trying to find out what
my service encompassed. More of the same run around. I then called a
the local number and got a full mail box. So I was unable to leave a
message. I found another number and called that number to speak to Jeff
he was not available.
I informed the person I was going to lodge a complaint and she found John another manager for me to speak to.
We have established a technician to return, time and date unknown. This will be a different Technician.
I find this extremely strange. One tech puts out 94 mouse traps and expect the other technician to locate all of them.
I suppose I can wait for the stench of the dead mice so I can try to locate any traps the tech didn't find.
I find Orkin to totally misrepresent their service. They do not do what
their sales pitch tells you they will do. Be wary of this company!

They don't seem to be as knowledgeable with the current guy that comes out. The previous guy was nice, we were impressed with him and his service.

We had a service contract with them for more than four years. We paid them $80 a month and they never completely fixed the problem. We fixed the problem ourselves for $7 .

They were right on time. I never had a problem with them canceling. On occasion, we would forget they were coming but they would always did the outside of the house if we weren't here for them to do the inside, but that was our fault and not theirs. The price was good. I can't say that it was the very best but it was fine.

We are in a contract with them. I believe they come out quarterly. They are very professional. They call ahead to let me know when they are coming. They spray the interior and exterior of the home. We had them do a termite treatment for us also. They are very thorough. They do a good job.

For several yrears they have been coming every two months. They were great at the beginning. The quality of their work has decreased since we have started using them. They always seem to send a different person to our home. I spotted some carpenter ants and they said they could take care of it but it would cost an additional $100 which I did pay. They have not been able to solve the problem. We just had them out a week ago and I just saw the carpernter ants again last night.

They said they could provide a $300 per month or $1200 a year service plan. I thought they were pushy. They tried to push me into the more expensive plan.

They got rid of the panty moths, but the spray they used stained my granite floor and cabinets.

They come periodically to treat both inside and outside the house. They treat the interior of my house in winter and outside during summers. They do a good job and come as scheduled. They are responsive and seem very professional. I like their services and will use the same in future.

I used Orking to spray my yard and i had to sign a "7 Spray Contract". Every time they spray they ring the doorbell and let us know they will be using our water to mix the chemicals. Yesterday 9/15/11 they rang the doorbell and my wife was changing the baby so she couldn't get to the door. From the baby's room she noticed the person sat in the car for 5 minutes, then walked around the house and put the slip on our front door knob stating he was there for 45 minutes and he sprayed the whole yard. Meanwhile, my wife saw they were really there for 7 MINUTES!!! I CONSIDER THIS STEALING because they still charged us $90 on the invoice. My wife watched the whole thing from the window (her car was in the garage so i'm guessing he didn't think anyone was home and he tried to scam us). She immediately called me to tell me what happened so i called Orkin. They said the will track this person who came to the house using the GPS in the trucks to see how long he was there. The outcome is, 1hr later the same person showed up and sprayed the whole yard. I consider this stealing because they tried to NOT do their job and still charge me $90.

Orkin was an absolute disaster. We called them out to our home to treat a carpenter ant problem. They drilled holes all over the inside of our freshly painted house, in every room, and sprayed chemicals into the walls. This did nothing to stop the carpenter ants. I then researched online, and found that what they did was completely wrong; unless they actually found a nest inside of the wall, there was no point to drilling inside the house. They never even bothered to check the exterior of our house. We also found out that they had been "servicing" the previous owner of the house for FIVE YEARS and were unable to rid the home of carpenter ants. Needless to say, Orkin's treatment was useless.We called another company who came out (and charged us over a hundred dollars LESS than Orkin) and found the primary ant nest in a tree outside of our home as well as a couple of satellite nests. The mosquito treatment that they applied did absolutely nothing either. And, to add insult to injury, they came out to our house and performed service again after we canceled. They offered a tiny refund of one monthly service visit, but they never gave us the refund (and came back and billed us again after we asked them to never come back). Completely worthless service; the other pest control company even said that the chemicals they used to treat the carpenter ants inside of our house have been largely out of use in the pest control industry for 20 years!

I did not check the pricing when I hired them, because my using them was based more on recommendations. They were responsible, punctual, professional, and the quality of their work was good.

It went well.
