Description of Work: I called this company for front entrance work I need in my home. However, I did not receive the referral from Angie's list, but instead Craigslist. I am happy I red the reviews on your site.

 + -1 moreI fired him before he finished the job. I had to finish it myself. Do not hire Bob Doran / RCD construction. He does not care about quality and he does not care about timelines. He kept pulling guys from my job and sending them to other jobs without letting me know he was changing my timelines. Some of his workers were good, others did damage to my house while they were working there. See attached picture where wood floors were damaged. You've been warned.
Description of Work: Demolition of old tile flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. Install tile that looks like wood on to new cement board substrate in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Some drywall, removal and reinstalar off kitchen cabinets.

 + -1 moreHe is a crook. Basically, he was lying to me saying he'd have the work done in a week and I would pay him when it was completed. He kept harassing me about payment, even though he didn't do enough work to warrant payment, but I paid him in advance. He stopped showing up after that and stopped returning my phone calls. I ordered new windows through him and gave him $3,000 up front for windows that he never ordered. I paid him $25,000 for about $10,000 worth of work. His workers came to me saying that the owner stopped paying them so they couldn't finish the job unless I paid them directly. It was a total scheme.
Description of Work: We hired him for condo remodeling.
