They were fabulous. I thought I had wanted a light-colored floor. They gave me samples to bring back home to put on the floor. The girl there asked me to try the shade of dark grey. I think her name was Sharon. I told her I did not want that color. She asked me to trust her on that (since she was doing that for 20 years) and asked me to take it home. I had shown her a piece of the wood on the cabinets and the countertops that I was getting. When I put the dark grey sample on the floor at home, it was perfect. She told me that she could not help me until my kitchen was completely done. She asked me to go back there when it was done. She told me that I would know about the flooring until the kitchen was completely done. She was just phenomenal; she was awesome. She told me exactly what I had to do. The man, who did the actual installation, was fabulous as well. He lay down the big vinyl floors. He did it on point. He laid them out thrice before he was happy with what he had done. He made sure that both edges had the same amount of cut on each side. He really went out of his way. The price was inclusive of labor, material, and equipment. I would use them again in the future.
