Dave and his assistant Dwayne were great - he was prompt, he was very professional throughout the whole process. He was neat, cleaned up after each day, and his work is outstanding. We are always receiving comments on the trim work and the front door. While he was replacing the exterior trim, he found some wood rot and he replaced the damaged wood and explained why the wood was rotten and what could be done to prevent it in the future. I would recommend Helstrom Construction to anyone who is looking for a high quality general contractor.

The service was great. We love the work and we were tickled pink. It was very nice. They were prompt in their appointment. They gave me an estimate and the final price was exactly the price of the estimate that was done.

They do new homes and remodeling too. They had to re-fit the door that they put in. The door we had there originally had a two-side panel and the new door also does. It is a little bit different in size. So, they had to reconstruct the whole opening to the door. The other door wasn't staying closed. The new door is very nice and we like it a lot. The job done by Helstrom Construction was really wonderful. I am very pleased with their work. The price was around $3000 or a little more including the door. We had 3 or 4 different companies come out here to look at it and we felt that the price charged by Helstrom Construction was reasonable. They said they would be here at 8 and they were here at 8. They were on time and went right to work. It was all business. It took them almost the whole day to put the door in because there were a lot of things that needed to be done around it. I don't try to bother service people when they come. I just say hello and check on them once or twice, but I don't stay around and watch them work. However, we are very pleased with the way the door has come out. They also took the old door away, which was nice. They were extremely professional. They knew what needed to be done and they went ahead and did it. I would use them again in the future.
