FiberCare, Inc. has been cleaning "green and simple" since 1989. Owner operator Dave Wassenar has over 30 years experience working in some of New England's most beautiful homes and offices. Designers and decorators routinely recommend our services to their clients. We are IICRC certified and skilled in all types of cleaning.

Dave showed up on-time and was very thorough with his explanation about what would be done and how things might turn out (I have a dog that lays on our couch a lot). Everything turned out perfectly though. He even offered to do our carpet on our stairs that I had not thought about and he stayed the extra time to get it all done.

Dave was great. He explained the process and quoted a price that was less than what we expected. My husband was home at the time, but Dave sent me pics of the progress personally because I was concerned about the foot-traffick stains. I can home and ana extremely please with the results of his work. I will definitely use this company again.

Our couch has been very loved over the years and it showed, but flipping the cushions was no longer an option:). I called Dave to see if it would be worthwhile to have the couch cleaned. He came out to take a look, and given the staining and the age of the couch, he was honest with me about the potential outcome. He cleaned a part of the couch so that we could see the results and then judge whether or not it would be a worthwhile project. Needless to say, the part that he cleaned looked great! I was excited to think that we could clean the couch and that it could look so good! I will hire Dave each and every time I need something cleaned. I trust that the job he does will be excellent. It is clear that he cares about, and takes pride in his work. I recommend him and FiberCare without any hesistation.

Dave was awesome. Our furniture was heavily soiled so i wanted to make sure that they could be cleaned and the price corresponded to what needed to be done to clean the upholstery. I had sought out quotes from three companies and Dave was the only one willing to stop by to look at the furniture before scheduling the job. He accommodated my schedule and was punctual. My recliners and sofa look brand new! Dave also cleaned our four dining room chairs while he was at the house which was a super bonus. Thank you!!!

Dave was on time, professional, and thorough. I needed two 8x10 wool area rugs and a white sofa cleaned before putting them away in advance of a renovation project. Dave and his partner did a great job! The carpets and sofa dried pretty fast, and they look beautiful. I had had the sofa cleaned by other companies before, but it never looked as good as it does now. I would definitely hire Fibercare again for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Outstanding job. Timely arrival despite snow storm, excellent attention to detail, very respectful of our home. Dave demonstrated comprehensive knowledge about the differences in the carpet construction, the origin and nature of stains, and how to address them. I could not be happier, and these rooms are now very presentable to prospective buyers.

Wonderfully! It took about an hour and the rug looks brand new. It had stains from my dog and spills. The stains are gone. Dave kindly did our recliner chair as a bonus because he noticed it was a little soiled, at no extra cost.

"Thanks [Member Name Removed]. We try very hard to be precise with our estimated arrival times, because we know our customers are busy and their time is valuable. You were told that we would arrive between 1:00-1:30, depending on how long our first job would take, and that we would call if we were running late. I called you at 1:15 to tell you we would be there at 1:45, which we were. At that time, we looked over your sofa with you, and I pointed out the stains, soil, and risks. We thoroughly cleaned it, then applied our Fiber-Shield protector, all for $159. Such a deal! ;-)"

Great! Dave was responsive, clear in what he would do and what his pricing was, and worked with us on scheduling. The sofa presented some challenges but Dave was clear on what they were and suggested a strategy to do a test so if the cleaning wouldn't work I wouldn't be spending money unnecessarily. Very happy with results.

The rugs were very dusty and we had inherited them from a great-grandparent who had made them at least 50 years ago. Dave did a great job--now they are clean and in good shape.

Dave was very responsive, replying to my email in a matter of hours. We set up a time/date and he gave me an estimate over the phone. He was a little delayed due to van issues but once he arrived he explained what he was going to do and extended the deal that meant I got my sofa and family room carpet cleaned for a reasonable price. He was courteous and very clean. The results are great - especially those dirty sofa arm rest areas that look like new again!

We have contracted them for 3 different jobs and each time they did a fantastic job for reasonable rates! The first time we used them we had bought a house where the carpets had been stained by pets and young children from the previous owners. We were not certain that the carpets could be saved. When fiber care had completed their job the carpets looked new!

We were surprised that Dave was able to attend to the stain immediately. He didn't over promise, yet was more than 50% certain the stain could be removed. His truck is fully equipped with all the current tools and required materials. He took the chair outdoors, prepared a work area, and within 15 minutes, the stain disappeared! We were so relieved and extremely impressed. We also asked him to clean the seat of a second chair, with minor stains which also disappeared. Based on his experience/expertise, interpersonal skills, professionalism and excellent results, I highly recommend Dave Wassenar of FiberCare for any fabric or floor covering cleaning job, large or small.
