we are a 25 year old family business. we offer "the most thorough cleaning ever or it's free". We are a certified cleaning firm with the Institute for inspection, cleaning and restoration certification (IICRC.org) 4-5 employees, all are insured and covered by workman's comp. We have a combined 36 years of cleaning experience with our three main employees.

He and his assistant arrived on time and completed the cleaning. They used floor protectors which they removed after the cleaning.
Our house is not air conditioned and in spite of the extreme heat and humidity, and several jobs later in the day, they were professional, pleasant and willing to clean areas which they hadn't expected to.
The mildew spot in the basement was sprayed, but he did mention that it might recur and may need additional work, and discussed measures to take to avoid/minimize future problems.
He is a hardworking, honest guy and the carpets come out great!
We had had a carpet cleaning contract with them, consisting of monthly payments for regular cleanings, and we renewed it today.
Rugs were cleaned according to agreed upon schedule. Bliss came to my home to pick up (and drop off when done) the rugs. He arrived at the expected time. The rugs look beautiful.
It was great to find a wonderful provider so close to home.
