Hi Angies community! I am back here just to update everyone on our latest and new disappointment with this store and the way they treat us, customers, who pay everything at front for a service that disgusted my wife and I. But here is the latest... The manager (Vinnie V.) from a different store reached out to us to apologize and to tell us we would receive a $600 credit to use toward anything. Thought to myself, this was a $11K+ and after being mistreated from everyone for 3 months and being tossed around without any consideration this was a very small fraction and very small compensation. Whatever! 2 weeks have passed and I decided to use the $600 to buy area rugs at store. Arriving at store in Westboro MA, the closest one from my work, I had to wait 45 minutes because they had only one employee working and he had another customer. When he decided it was time to talk to me I was informed I had $600 credit when I spend $1000. WAIT WAIT WAIT! I couldn't believe what I was hearing, yes and you wouldn't either. I asked the employee to call his manager and I was even more shocked when I talked to Vinnie V. He told me yes, I had to spend $1000 to receive a $600 credit. My wife couldn't believe because she was the one to receive a phone call from Vinnie V and he told her nothing about that we had to spend $1000 dollars. So, on top of mistreating us from the beginning he also wasn't honest. How silly this is, you messed it up and now your store wants to give us a discount? This is a discount and not a credit. From the beginning to the end and between, Floors and Kitchen Today treated us like we did something wrong, but unfortunately we have this space to tell people the real story about how good customers can be taken advantage from dishonest businesses. Hope I clarified this very well and good luck to you if you decide to hire and buy from them. I thought it was only Whitman MA with bad reputation but it's clearly the entire branches have the same practice .

Matt Sweeney, the Manager and his installing team did a phenomenal job on replacing our great room flooring. The 145 year old floor was covered with red shag carpet from the 1970's. He assisted us in picking out a Core-tec floor that we are in love with. His main installer Joe was very helpful in recommending a few changes to our foyer area covered in a slate style Core-tec to complement the main floor. Although we have ordered some additional flooring to accommodate the foyer area, Joe and his assistant did an excellent job in tearing up the rug and rotted particle board underneath and trouble shooting how to lay the new flooring given the uneven floor beneath. They were fast, efficient and did a great job in cleaning up and removing the old materials. I highly recommmend them!
