ESTIMATED WORK WOULD TAKE 3 WEEKS. THREE MONTHS LATER THE PORCH IS NOT COMPLETE. VERY MESSY, UNRESPONSIVE TO TELEPHONE CALLS, SWORE AROUND YOUNG CHILDREN, LOUD MUSIC, AND DIRTY SHOES ON CARPETS. AVERAGED 2 TO 6 HOURS PER DAY, AND AT TIMES THERE WAS WORK STOPPAGE. NEVER WAS SEEN ON PROPERTY BEFORE 9:30 AM. WOULD TAKE 2 HOUR LUNCHES. VERY DEFENSIVE, AND ANGRY. WE PAID ALL EXPECTED BILLS ON TIME. WE HAD TO ASK HIM TO LEAVE PROPERTY WHEN JOB DID NOT APPEAR TO BE MOVING, AND HE BECAME VERY ANGRY. IMPOSSIBLE TO WORK WITH.
