They did many things right and even gave us a little more headroom. But, they apparently were shorthanded the day the concrete arrived & did my basement in one pour.  My basement floor has some peaks & valleys and a 2" height differential from the high to low spot.

We had to use our plumber for the pipe replacement work and they worked well together.

I should have complained more about the unevenness of the concrete and kick myself for not having it corrected. Having said that - the french drain works great. He moved the sump pump to a much better location and arranged for the appropriate building inspectors to walk through every step.  

He had really good ideas and answered any questions. His crew was friendly and pretty tidy.

Chris was very responsive to our calls and worked well with subcontractors to minimize disruption of our lives during the remodel. He was able to find creative solutions to odd idiosyncrasies of our old home and really made the kitchen the showcase of our home. I never would have imagined that it could look so good in such a short period of time. He was polite, quick, and did true quality work. He came very highly recommended and went over and above what I expected a contractor to do.
