Do not hire.
Work was of poor quality
.Was paid in full for job but would not come back to finish job.
I am sure there are many honest, quality plasters out there- check Angies list.

First, I should mention that I know this contractor personally. He worked for my property management company before branching out on his own. When I saw the "F" I felt I should chime-in and balance things out. His work with me has always been of good quality. He did a first floor ceiling job for me last fall for a good price, without incident. For what it's worth, I don't believe you would be disappointed if you retained their services.

Work quality-poor. Honesty-poor. They were paid in full upon owner's assurance that they would return to finish job they never returned. Had to hire another person to fix and finish job.
