I've always had good luck with them. I started using them in the early 1980's. I was very happy the first time and every time since. The experience is always good. They are great. They are very good at recommending the type of carpet that I want for certain rooms. He put in the kitchen and bathroom floor. He will make suggestions and give good advice on what I should get. Their prices are reasonable. I will absolutely use them in the future.
