Kelley's has been great since day 1 over a year ago. Automatic deliveries always happen on time with a nice discount if paid within 7 days., Annual service plan is a very good deal which covers annual maintance visit and even the cost of most parts. Great emergency service. Answered emergency call immediately on a Sunday morning and had a great repair person at my house within an hour! Highly recommend Kelley's Oil.

I called him at 5:30am and I'm driving to work since he is already in the office. Asks how the family is, says he will have the oil there tomorrow. He gives you a few bucks off if you bring the check within a few days.

Very responsive, busy season for Oil companies, yet Kelley's had an install man come out to determine what we needed. Provided a timely and highly competitive quote. Talking with the install man put me at ease, given he had 30 yrs experience installing boilers. Installed in one day, removed old boiler and discarded.

Their prices were lower than everybody in the area and they were really good. The people that we have deliver our oil annually, it was Christmas eve, they came out on Christmas eve within the timeframe that they said they were going to come out and they were able to get our furnace up and running for us. They then told us what we needed to get done in the next few days to keep it running, and one of those big suggestions was that we needed a new oil tank because it was starting to leak, and we did not realize that. So, we had a senior person a couple of days later, he came in and gave me the option. He told how much it would be to patch the oil tank and how much for fixing it. He was really really honest. He said that he could patch it and it would cost me about $500. Then he said in six months the patch would probably fail and we would probably need a new tank, because it was like a 50 or 60-year-old tank and he said he did not understand how we passed our home inspection with that tank. In all honestly, I was unaware that the tank was that old and then he explained how different things on the tank, like the different sized piping, were not up to the code. He said that the inflow pipe should not be bigger than the exhaust pipe. So, we went through the whole thing with him and everything he said I went and searched online and found that he was very accurate. So instead of just doing the patch and spending $500 in six months, we just did it all at once and we had the tank replaced. They were really fast and efficient. They came when they said they were going to come and they left when they said they were going leave. Comparing all the prices in the area, they were the best.
