It went very well. They were very helpful in helping us with the shingles that we eventually did contract to purchase. We were very happy with it. Every day, they were meticulous in cleaning up any debris and picking up stray nails and fasteners. They were very good. I knew one of the people that had dealt with them, and they were very high on their service. We did check with Angie's List as well and did talk to a couple of other providers. Bennette was the one we chose to go with, and we were pleased we did. They did a really good job, and we are very satisfied with that.

The next time it rained it leaked.

They couldnt have been better or nicer. I am totally pleased with the job they did. They were so professional. They answered all my questions, and did some extra work where I needed it. They were reasonably priced and also came to me through recomendations from friends.

As most of the work was done as the result of an insurance claim, Jim was very helpful at communicating with the insurance adjuster to ensure the estimates were correct. He certainly went the extra mile on this level of communication.
We had two layers of existing 3-tab roofing removed, and new layer put on for a house with Mansard side roofing, as well as a peaked roof on top and a flat rubber roofing system over the addition.
The work was booked rather quickly, and started exactly on time. Jim's team was very professional and efficient. They completed the job in the time that was estimated, and the end result was a beautiful looking roof. His team assisted us in gathering damage evidence for the insurance company. They also inspected the quality of the decking and were very good about providing feedback and answering questions as they arose.

The work was done on time and efficiently. The crew was great, especially the foreman. The cleanup after was well done. We have used them again for shoveling and some maintenance.

Jim showed up as scheduled. sent an estimate and the workers arrived as scheduled. All of the Jim's team were polite and professional and the gutters look great.

J Bennette Roofing Inc did marvelous work. they were neat and picked after themselves every day. the workers were polite, efficient, thorough, and hard working. i will use them again in the future.

He was excellent. They were very efficient. The only complaint I would have is that my husband told them to go ahead and do the job, and he waited until my husband could meet him with a check; which was a little inconvenient. I think he did a very good job! He fixed it and we tested it and it didn't leak. He was very knowledgeable. He seemed to know what he was doing; he knew that the other roofer didn't do a very good job. We were not surprised because that was not when we owned the house. Everything we found in the house, they didn't do a very good job.

Outstanding. Showed up as promised, estimate was not the highest or the lowest given, but rather right in the middle. They had given a date of installation and called 2 days ahead and said that they would be able to do it earlier if that was acceptable to me. Showed up on time. Completed the job, and it looks wonderful. My neighbor had a rubber roof installed 3 months earlier and the job that Bennette Roofing did - looks far better than my neighbors - the finishing details were outstanding.
