Description of Work: Dennis Harvey saved the day!!!! I was overwhelmed with a being a first time GC. He performed the following work: Windows -Installed brand new window throughout my house, plus he took out brand new ones a previous contractor had put and made them level and watertight. Siding - installed new Hardie siding both clapboard and shingle panel style. Bathroom- installed new bath fixtures, garden window , built in shelving unit that came out great , pocket door a previous builder said he couldn't , re- framed tub to fix previous builders mistake Kitchen -built cabinets including island and beverage center that had kinda elaborate furniture legs , installed garden window over sink that actually makes it look bigger Doors- installed pocket , french, Front door , storm/screen door , elaborate bi-fold doors ( he's always worked with us when we told him we didn't want to lose wall space for furniture) Built Ins -built an entry way storage bench that actually conceals some duct work and frames TV, Same with tow bench seats he built under dormer windows . Utilized left over cabinet trim to match entry way to rest of kitchen area. Deck- first he fixed a porch the previous builder built then built us great floating deck He even built these cool doors that hide our pool pump but provide easy access Molding and Trim- including making up for previous guys uneven ceiling.Perfect corners All to our specification and came out great.
