The only thing wrong was that I didn't use him for the framing . My Mistake.
He had no problem with any inspectors. He would explain to us why he could do and could not do different things. I had my own HVAC, Electrician and plumber and he was able to work with them without issue.
The man knows his craft, personable, very hardworking, trustworthy , doesn't skimp , get frustrated and can adapt on the go .You have to convince him to take lunch. Truly a professional. Have referred him to others in the neighborhood and he has done everything from new front steps to full bathroom remodel.
You will not be sorry you hired him.
We will be using him t finish our basement and a custom shed/pool house.
