 + -1 moreEvery aspect of the transaction was handled courteously and professionally. They took care of all of the paperwork and replaced the windshield in the parking lot of my workplace. They made a necessary inconvenience as convenient as possible. The mobile technician went out of his way to accommodate me, replacing my inspection sticker, GPS mount and Fast Lane transponder without hesitation.
Description of Work: When I first contacted Giant Glass, they conferenced in my Insurance Company to verify my coverage and to negotiate price. They also made an appointment for a mobile technician to come to my workplace to replace the windshield within 2 or 3 days.
