Many measurements turned out to be wrong, which meant columns in rooms when she planned for keeping within walls. A whole 3' of the house was missing from the original house on the plans which wasted an opportunity. It took more than 3 months to do a job that should have taken 3 weeks. Was unresponsive for 6 weeks, an only replied when I told her she was fired. But she ignored that, and just randomly delivered drawings which I needed to take at that point as she put us so far behind schedule. And she subs out the measurement and CAD work to another party, which I doubt is a PE. An absolute joke. I'm currently filing in small claims court to recoup some of my expenditures as in some places her measurements were off by more than 1 foot (unaccpetable over a 30' span) and I had to design most of the structural components of the footers due to her poor space planning and lack of attention to detail. I would not hire her again. I don't think she should be a licensed professional. Price was good for the terrible job though. If you are an engineer and just need someone to stamp something, she may work. If you are an average joe and expect the professional to do their job, stay away.
