They’ve been servicing my heating and air conditioning unit even before Angie’s list time.  They were really good to me.  They are always so busy but I usually get them out in a couple of days.  They do a lot of things for me in piecemeal.  It’s kind of like a family business.  The father and a couple of his sons too work there.  They have an answering service and so when you call, you can just leave a message at the answering service.  They’ve been very good to me about working on my air conditioning unit.  They put some things in it to service it.  They came out in a couple of days as soon as I called but it wasn’t a real emergency.  They were too busy trying to get all the real emergency stuff because it was one of those heat waves that we had.  So I told them to just put me on the list when they could do it.  There were a lot of elderly people out there that needed help at the time more than I needed it.  Other than the fact that they have an answering service and you have to wait for them to call you back, is just kind of annoying.  Since it wasn’t a dire emergency for me, I told them whatever they’ve got a convenience in the next couple of days, I would appreciate it.  I told them it would be nice if they could get someone else out for me.  I didn’t bother to compare their prices to anyone else since I’ve never had anyone else service my air conditioning unit.  I don’t know if there’s a better price out there.  They are excellent in terms of quality.  They are not so good with responsiveness.  I will use their services again in the future.
