Tony is terrific - knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, quick to repair, and quick to tell you if the machine is not worth repair, reasonable rates. He fixed our son's ThinkPad in an afternoon, after everyone else said it couldn't be done. Can't recommend him highly enough - he's the best!

 + -1 moreWow! What a find!!! Our son's nearly-new and much loved tablet looked pretty sad after he accidentally sat on it and cracked open the back. It couldn't charge, wouldn't turn on, and was cracked open so wide we could see the guts inside. When I walked into Elite X, I told Tony I had a challenge for him and showed him the damage. His reaction? "I like a challenge." and "Let's take a look." Tony found the damage, soldered the ripped wires and had it back up and running that afternoon. And his price was so reasonable. Elite X is definitely worth checking out. I give Tony a "10"!
