He started off well on a 2 story addition. Then his drinking on the job drove off many crew members. Progress was slow. He received 1/3 upfront and performed the tasks. Once he received the 2nd installlment, he did a little. Left things unfinished and then took his tools off the job. Send a letter saying that due to his broken foot and spinal compressions, he was unable to continue. He did not return monies paid for work not done. Do Not HIre him.

Overall it was good. When we decThe work started on Saturday and it was supposed to take about 5 days for completion. It got completed in 3 days. The shingles were the color exactly that we had chosen. Mark also put a cap on my chimney and fixed a broken brick on it.I am very happy with the end result.
