They maintain the system.  If anything goes, they're the ones we call.  They maintain the system and I don't have problems.  Any time a part needs to be replaced, they automatically replace it.  They just tell me they're going to do it, and the reason why, and that's it.  He comes twice a year unless I have a problem.  He comes just before the Summer starts and just before the Winter starts, and if I need him for any reason during that interim of time, I call and he comes down and he does the repair, and that's it.  I would call him in April and he usually comes in the month of May.  There are two companies, a lawn care provider and Prevett, absolutely I would use.  I find no reason to change them at all.  They have top ratings.  I use them every year.  I very seldom sign contracts, very seldom.  But these are people that I've known for years, that I've been doing business for year.  We don't necessarily need contracts.  They do the work, I pay them online, and that's the way it goes. Prevett does not get paid online; they get paid by check when they appear. 

He's top grade.  I have had no problems.  I keep using them because they're acceptable and the people that work for them, the workers are excellent, very reliable, very responsible.  They do a good job because they know if they do a good job that they're gonna keep them, always.  And that's the way it is.  They do a good job, they do what they're supposed to do.  They come on time,  If something comes up and they can't make it, they will call you.  There's priorities, as far as I'm concerned.  They are nominal.  I don't know too many other people around here that use Prevett, I don't know how he reacts with anybody else.  I doubt that he changes any tactics that he has.  He's good with dogs; my dog likes him.  That's something.  I use him automatically every year.  I just call them to get the date they're coming.  That's all.

They are top grade. I have had no problems. They are accessible and the people that work for them are excellent, very reliable, responsible and do a good job. They know if they do a good job you will keep them. They come on time, if something comes up and they can not make it on time they will call you. My dog likes him and that says something.

I've had their service for years.  Responsible people.  Prevett, I give an A to on everything.  I always use them, all the time.  I'm under no contract, but I've known them for years.  They do the work.  I have no problems.  I call them when I need them.  They are accessible, and that's it.  They are reliable and professional at all times.  They're not a large company; they're a small company and they only have the best, because I only take the best.  I've been with them more years than I care to remember.
