Ian Brown claimed to be a very reputable landscaper in Westwood, MA. However, my experience is completely the opposite. He charged me $65 for removing the snow but came much more frequently than necessary. His final charge for the winter is 4 times the price for my other home with a longer drive way in Sharon, MA which is only 20 minutes away.
Worst of all, his crew knocked down the post lamp at the drive way entrance. Ian Brown never picks up my calls. His secretary Rita promised me in email that Ian Brown will replace it. The post lamp was knocked down in February and now it is August. I sent several reminding emails to them. Every time Rita replied that they will have it replaced soon. However, this never happens. And finally, even Rita did not reply to my email.
Ian Brown is the worst landscaper I have used. They deserves an F.

The results were amazing. The fact that all our neighbors went out of their way to complement the work says a lot. We used these services prior to putting our house on the market, so it was great that that they provided not only landscaping services but handyman services as well. The price seemed more than reasonable considering the high quality of the results. We will use them again.

Ian Brown is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and personable. He returned our call promptly to set up an in person consultation. He is well rounded and addressed all of our questions during the planning process. He gave us tasteful recommendations on how we could improve the beauty of our landscape. His price was very reasonable. He arrived as scheduled with his crew and completed the work in the time promised. They even continued to work in the rain. The property looks so much better now. We will definitely work with Ian on future projects. We have also referred him to neighbor's and friends.
