Home Building
Caisson was contracted by the seller of the unit to complete work.
Project was completed late.
Completed quality was poor.
Simple things like securely bolting the wall hung toilet to the wall was not done (bolts were loose enough to tighten further with hand).
Kitchen was scratched in multiple area due to it not being protected.
Floor was dented in multiple area particularly the area around fridge due to it not being protected during construction.
Paid extra to have shower faucets realigned in shower to match tile grout line, end result faucets did not align with grout line.
Tub was not siliconed at the point where it meets deck.
I had reached out Bruce the owner, did not hear back.
