We hired Dean Bliss as a general contractor for a comprehensive residential renovation project in early summer of '23. The project entailed bringing the house down to the studs, with new framing, flooring, finishing, as well as all-new outfitting for a kitchen and two bathrooms. Management of subcontractors was a major part of the assignment. Dean completed the six-month (plus) project on-time and slightly under-budget. His management and reporting of planned and incurred costs was top-notch. We can recommend him highly.
