Jeff Andrade is the owner. He charged me about $75 or a little more, which was like for the standard service. I like the fact that I am working with Mr. Andrade himself. He tells me if he can?t come right away. He shows up when he says he would for the most part. Sometimes he shows up a few hours later, but he calls and says that is what is happening. He also seems to be professional and knowledgeable as well. I have never had any problems with the cleanup after the job was done. I would use his services in the future too.
