ABC FLOOR COVERING

We stopped by their shop and selected and ordered tile. Within a couple of weeks it arrived and the installation began in early January. They did a good job on the bathroom floor, but the shower is a disaster. They returned to our house 3x within a few days after completion to: 1) Fix a tile that had fallen away from the shower wall, 2) Replace a shower floor tile that was cracked, 3) Replace some mucky white plasticky grout near the drain, which they had mixed in with the hard, sandy, gray grout they'd used for the rest of the shower, and 4) Try to pitch the shower floor correctly so that the water would drain properly. They fixed some of the problems, but the shower still does not drain properly. The floor is wavy and the tile is actually a little bit lower than the drain opening. And the grout along a 4-foot stretch of corner has cracked. These guys obviously do not know what they are doing. We will hire another contractor to rip it out and do the whole shower over.
