COMPANY PROVIDED PLANS FOR ADDITION TO OUR HOME. IT TOOK OVER SIX MONTHS TO COMPLETE AND PRICE WAS MORE THAN QUOTED. WHEN WE FINALLY WENT TO THE BUILDING PHASE, WE FOUND SEVERAL PROBLEMS WITH THE PLANS THAT HAD TO BE ADDRESSED. WE CONTACTED COMPANY WITH ISSUES, BUT NEVER HEARD BACK.
