BK CONSTRUCTION converted a screen porch to a 4 seasons heated family room and also redesigned an existing den from an dark enclosed room to a bright and open den. The work was impeccable and Ben , the owner was extremely accomodating. His workmmen were professionals who did excellent work and were neat and polite. At the end of every workday my home was left immaculate.I would definitely use bK Construction whenever I have any work to do in the future. The renovaion was as painless as possible with an intact television left for me to use each day even when it had to be moved to accomodate the constuction. The demolition was done so as to avoid the spread of dust and debris . All in all, an enormously satisfying venture on all levels.

I was referred to BK Construction by another Angie's List company that I was about to contract to paint our house. Ben Kaden came to our house to discuss our needs. He was extremely attentive to what my wife and I were looking to do as we were doing repairs and improvements prior to a complete paint job on the outside. The house needed a fair amount of work and Ben helped us to understand the best way to do the job and maintain a reasonable budget. His suggestions were great and he always had our interests in mind. He and his team showed up exactly when they said they would. They performed meticulous service on our house! I was amazed at the attention to detail of the workers. Everyone had pride in their work. The work took about a month, and every day people would stop by on their way up or down the street and comment on what a good job was being done. The real tributes to Ben and his crew came from my neighbors--one a retired carpenter and one an active carpenter. They both commented to me that the work being done on our house was REALLY GOOD. Of course, I passed on the compliments to Ben. The work areas were cleaned every day, the house looks great, and I am more pleased than I have ever been with someone working on our house. (We've been here 27 years.) I can't compliment this company enough. I would trust Ben Kaden with any building or remodeling job.
