Bark Buster's provided me with an estimate within a day of my calling them. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They removed the debris from the fallen part of the tree and sawed down and removed the part of the trunk that was still standing. I would definitely recommend Bark Buster's.

I left a message and got a call back within a day or so. Paul came to my house and provided an estimate for the work, and marked the tree with orange tape to me sure it was the right one.  His estimate was much lower than the other one I had gotten, so I agreed for them to do the work.  I asked when I could get on the schedule, and he said it would be about a month, which was OK with me.
A month later he emailed and said the crew would be there the next day.  Everything went exactly as I expected and the bill was exactly what was quoted.  I was very happy with the service and the crew.

All of the work was performed in about 4 hours. The work was carried out efficiently and as requested. They were not the least expensive quote but they were the most well reviewed and best able to meet our requirements.

We had worked with Bark Busters on two other occasions and were more than comfortable working with them again. We met with Paul to go over the trees/problems that we wanted to have maintained/addressed. We received a quote broken down into the various projects. We selected the ones we wanted to move forward on and within a week or two the work was started and completed in a timely manner. The staff from Bark Busters who did the work were very professional and friendly. The were conscientious of our needs and asked questions to make sure they were doing the work as we envisioned.

Paul came out on time to look at the trees, and emailed me a detailed estimate the same day. After scheduling, he followed up via e-mail.

I asked for parts of the tree to be left so that it could be cut into firewood, and they were kind enough to leave it neatly to the side, cut into manageable pieces.

The owner Michael was very quick to respond to my phone call and came by to give an estimate within two days. Once we decided to give them the job (they were the best of three quotes), they started within about 2 weeks and it took 3 days. The crew showed up precisely at 8am each morning and was extremely professional and courteous. The tree we had removed was massive and there were wires in the way, but they were so efficient and precise they made it look easy. Even our neighbors commented on what a great job they did. They took extensive measures to make sure our landscaping was not harmed. They placed large metal plates on our grass where the bucket truck parked so the lawn wouldn't be damaged. They were very cautious around the stonework and they even tied back our bamboo to keep it out of harm's way. When the job was done the only sign that they had been there (besides the missing tree) was some saw dust on the dirt that they weren't able to sweep up. Also, the shade tree pruning was done exactly to my specifications. I have only great things to say about Bark Busters and highly recommend them.

I had a very tall blue spruce, at least three stories high, that was looking pretty bad with lower branches stripped of needles. Michael explained that the tree was diseased and as I suspected needed to come down. I had several oak trees also very large and was concerned about one of them that had dropped hundreds of acorns during the last few years. Several of the other oak trees were growing out of ledge. These had to come down. Bark Busters cut them down as close to the ground as possible. The stumps cannot be removed as they are deeply surrounded with large sections of ledge. In all 5 trees were removed and one ornamental flowering tree was pruned. Bark Busters did a great job, cleaned up the area, on the date that they promised they would do it and for the promised price.

They were good and I liked them. They showed up on time and were efficient. I liked the price that they charged and everything else was fine.

They showed up when they said they would. Left me with a bunch of nicely stacked firewood that I had asked for and also left me a bunch of chipped wood. Estimate and price were the same. Trees are down. They also gave my neighbor some of the left over wood.

They arrived on time with a four-person team and a very tall crane. They removed the trees nearest the house first and quickly delimbed it and then cut it into manageable pieces. They removed all the trees in less than a day and had all the logs and debris removed the next day. They did exactly what they said they'd do, and they did it faster than expected.
