Overall we where very pleased with Snyder Pools.  The crew that installed and did the majority of the work were EXCELLENT!.  Ray (onsite manager) was outstanding - he knew exactly what was going on with the installation and was very good at communicating expectations and timelines.  
We did hit a snag when the owner of the company, Ed Snyder, brought a prospective client onto our property without our knowledge.  We felt that he violated our privacy and overstepped his professional boundaries.  He did apologize, but the trust that we had developed with him was lost.  I don't know whether we would recommend this company because of this error in judgement.
The installation happened in the spring of 2013 and we are just opening up the pool for the first time.  There has been some issues with the pool deck and settling, but they are working with us to rectify the issue.

When we were getting bids for our pool we invited in two companies from our area.  The other company did come in a bit lower in price, but right away I felt comfortable with Ed Snyder and we like to use local companies whenever possible (Synder is in the town we live in, the other company was not) so we chose Snyder and we would make the same choice again in a heartbeat.  Ed stopped by almost every day of the construction to check on things, see if we had any questions and how things were going.  We did experience delays due to rain but Ed kept in touch and kept us in the loop when work had to be cancelled due to the weather.  We always knew what was going on and Ed and his crew were always friendly, helpful and professional.  And the pool came out fabulous to boot!

They're excellent! They're efficient and know what they're doing. They're very good and usually come early.

Great experience. Ed was prompt in get us quotes and information. He made a lot of helpful suggestions about landscaping, decking, pool orientation etc. He stepped in with the deck contractor when things went a bit off track and helped us back on track. We couldn't be happier. Ed and his crew made us feel like we were their most important customer. It was full service the entire way. The pool looks great!

I needed work done on my pool and didn't want to go with the company that installed the pool in 1994 and had serviced it ever since. The original company was expensive and the pool was having problems. Ed from Snyder came in with a comprehensive estimate to replace the pool liner that beat out the other quotes I had received. His crew started right away and were very professional. A lot of problems came up due to the shoddy work of the old pool company that Ed and his son quickly resolved at no extra cost. Ed had given me his cell phone number so I was able to call him at anytime, and he always answered or called right back. We added the heat pump and the safety cover since we were so pleased with his work. Snyder Pools will be servicing our pool from now on. It has never run better!

They are great. They are professional, skilled and on time. Their price is competitive and I will continue to use them.
