I needed new bulbs in three outdoor lights. Since there were no bulbs in the truck that fit, I had to purchase the bulbs and phoned for a second visit. At the second visit, one of the lighting instruments could not be opened so it had to be replaced. I bought a replacement fixture, which required a third visit and a second fee, which is included above.

We had a smaller unit replaced at the beginning of the summer and were happy with the service. At that time, they tested the new unit and our larger house unit for efficiency. The new unit passed of course, but our larger older unit did not pass. We decided to replace the old unit with the hopes that the efficiency savings would pay for the unit in a few years. I will be tracking to see. But for now, we were very happy with the service from Maxwell who works in the office and from Scott who did the installation. They always called to give an update on the time of arrival, always called back when I had a question, and were always very professional. Would highly recommend!
