Was recommended to Big Beaver by the company I had remove a few trees for us. Derrick was able to fit us in on a Sunday a few days after I called for service, he showed up on time for our appointment. We looked at the scope of the work, which included a few fresh stumps and a few that were in the yard when we moved in. He was able to remove everything quickly and cleanly, including one that was part way out of the ground from the tree falling. Derrick really impressed me by double checking his work, I was really pleasantly surprised by this. He scrapes the area of the stump clear of all chipping and then clears further with a leaf blower to make sure he didn't miss anything. At one point he pulled the grinder back off his truck just to get a spot he missed. For the days of work it would have taken me to dig out just one stump this was a huge savings.
